Jim Sullivan

Jim was one of the original founders of Country Roads Real Estate in Stockton, Il.  Jim has been the top salesman in the Freeport / Galena MLS for sever years, with sales averaging 20 million a year. Jim has lived in JoDaviess County all of his life, and he takes great pride in the friendly people and beautiful landscape the area has to offer.

Jim is no stranger to sales. Before selling real estate, he spent 23 years as a sales representative for Northern Illinois Harvestore where he served on the President’s Council. Brandon Beyer

A lifelong resident of Elizabeth, Brandon has turned a passion for the outdoors into a fast growing land and farm real estate career. Brandon joined the Jim Sullivan Realty team in the fall of 2019, and has closed over 25 million in real estate sales, spanning over more than 4,000 acres in just his first 3 years of business. In February of 2022, Brandon partnered with Jim to become a co-owner of Jim Sullivan Realty.

Stephen Henry Clay

Henry is a lifelong resident of Jo Daviess County and enjoys both the community and the magnificent scenery. He is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys hunting and fishing. He is very familiar with the Jo Daviess County area and the surrounding counties. Previously, he worked for the United States Postal Service for 27 years, serving as Postmaster in the Winslow, Sterling, Stockton, and Crystal Lake, IL communities. Henry began his real estate career in 1985 and joined the Jim Sullivan Realty team in 2009 after his retirement from the Postal Service.

Henry and his wife Karen raised their three children in the Stockton community and today enjoy family gatherings with their kids and grandchildren. Born and raised in Stockton, IL Katie returned home after attending Loras College and St. Ambrose University. Katie is married and has 4 rambunctious kids. Karen Clay

Karen has lived in Northwest Illinois her entire life and knows this is a wonderful area to both live and raise a family.  Many people remember her as Karen of Karen’s Kitchen & Catering in Stockton which she owned and operated for over 15 years.  Karen joined the Jim Sullivan Realty team in 2012 after her tenure at Karen’s Kitchen.

Steve Fricke

Colleen Fejedelem

Colleen brings over twenty years of experience in the construction industry having owned a successful, union masonry company with her husband in addition to building and renovating homes in the Chicagoland suburbs.  This experience helps Colleen see a home as it is as well as what it can be.

This unique skill set helps Colleen assist clients in finding not only the turn key, dream homes but also the diamond in the rough. She has been working with clients to find and remodel their dream home for several years in the Chicagoland suburbs and has recently partnered with Sullivan Realty to bring her vision to the Apple Canyon Lake and surrounding areas.  In 2013, Colleen and her husband worked with Sullivan Realty to purchase a farm and enjoyed the process so much that selling land became a new dream for her.  Colleen and her family began spending more and more weekends at the farm and began meeting the great people of Jo Daviess County. The rolling hills, friendly neighbors and mewing cows was such an attraction, it led them to purchase a home in Apple Canyon Lake community.  Although she is not a native to the area, she is experienced in being a newcomer and understands the attraction to the ACL community.
