There is an outside entrance to the basement. There is one bedroom and the other bedroom, which could be used a storage room, or a pantry, your choice. Cozy little home. Credit applications are required to be filled out if serious interest, cost is 35 per person. First and deposit required before move in if accepted. Pets are considered, at owners discretion.
